I’m Janine Muth, a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I grew up playing sports and eating the standard American diet, always looking for new superfoods or trying the next fad diet. I was tired of the restrict and binge cycle of the low calorie diet and made it my mission to educate myself on strength training and the role of a whole food diet to optimize health.
This is not a diet but a way of life. I never knew I could feel so energized. I now share my passion, knowledge, and dedication with others making it my goal to educate and motivate those who have similar food and fitness struggles.
I love teaching others to take care of themselves by understanding what their fitness and nutrition needs are. Our bodies are constantly changing as we age. Strength and nutrition needs in our forties are not the needs of our twenties. I’m here to guide you through those changes.
I train and coach individuals looking for help and structure in their health journey. You may have started your health and wellness journey with best intentions but have failed to achieve the results you are looking for, or maybe you have trouble with consistency. Your old routine is not working for you. Your busy life is getting in the way. You’ve lost the desire and time to plan. You’re feeling burned out and exhausted. I know you have the strength to reach your goals, but struggle to create a personalized routine for yourself. With so much information about exercise and nutrition, where do you begin? I’m here to help you be the best version of yourself.
Personal Training allows you to reach big goals and dreams! Even the best athletes in the world have a coach! I will lead you through a personalized plan to help you reach your full potential. Every workout brings you closer to your goal. Whether you are new to fitness or training for an event, I am here to breakdown movements for you, and push you to your next level. You can expect a mix of strength training, functional movements, plyometrics, core stability, and balance.
Nutrition is so much more than calories in calories out. Your nutrition is a key factor to your well being, energy, stress, health and happiness. “Diets” don’t work. The average diet promises simple success, but not necessarily long term success. Mostly because the average diet under feeds you by cutting calories and leaves you hungry and deprived. There is no one size fits all approach. You’ll learn strategies designed specifically for your body. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, have more energy, or just feel better, I will help you find the nutrition plan that yields results and teaches you the habits you need to feel good about food and your body.
A five week group course focused on the role of nutrient dense foods, proper digestion, and blood sugar management in a healthy lifestyle. This course includes a three week sugar detox. Don't think you can give up sugar? Come join the support of a group and see how amazing you feel! You won't know the effects these foods have on your body until you remove them from your body.
