A 5 week group program centered on a whole foods, nutrient dense diet. Are you constantly craving sweets or a snack? Do you feel exhausted by 3pm? Do you have issues with bloating and joint pain? Do you ever just wonder what it would be like to not constantly think of the next meal? This program can offer you help with all of that and more! Included is a 3 week processed food elimination. You are not alone. Join the next group to find accountability and motivation!

Fall in love with strength training! You've been told that building strength is important, but for a teenage female, walking into a weight room is hard! She may feel uncertain of what movements to do and afraid that she's doing them incorrectly. That's where small group training comes in! My goal is to create a safe environment for your teen to learn about the importance of supporting and caring for her body through movement, nutrition, and stress management. Each session is an hour and a half.
6 one hour sessions
You can't work off a bad diet. Six in-home/outdoor personal training session.
Six separate nutrition calls. Six weeks. Learn how to personalize your nutrition while building strength and burning fat. Finish with a plan to move forward on your own.
